粤系风土建筑保护与更新现状及应对策略初探

Current State and Responding Strategy of Conservation and Regeneration in Cantonese Vernacular Architecture

岭南粤系地区自古以来经济繁荣、文化多样,留存了大量独具特色的风土建筑,这些传统建筑在新时代的背景下亟须进行保护与更新。文章首先对粤系风土建筑做出界定,通过大量田野调查总结出粤系风土建筑的现状及存在的问题,并借鉴国内外保护更新理论与实践,从运作和设计两个层面提出相对应的保护与更新策略。

Lingnan Guangdong region has been prosperous in economy and diverse in culture since ancient times,and has retained a large number of unique vernacular architecture;these traditional buildings urgently need to be conserved and regenerated in the context of the new era.The paper first defines the Cantonese vernacular architecture,summarizes the current state and existing problems of the Cantonese vernacular architecture through extensive fieldwork,and draws on the theory and practice of conservation and regeneration at home and abroad,finally proposes responding strategy in operation and design levels.
