CSM视角下产业链创新系统协同机理分析

Analysis of the Collaborative Mechanism of Industry Chain Innovation System from the Perspective of CSM

创新是我国经济发展的主旋律,论文在一众学者对产业链创新研究的基础上,基于CSM视角将其系统化,并将其分为知识链创新协同、技术链创新协同、价值链创新协同3个模块,对其内部协同机理进行了分析,说明了协同的重要性。鉴于此,论文基于CSM视角提出了建设区域产业发展服务联盟;以提高国民生活质量为导向扩大市场需求,提升技术转化经济效益;完善相关法律法规及联盟制度,保护创新环境;搭建服务主体信息站4项促进产业链创新系统深度协同的建议。

Innovation is the main melody of China's economic development.Based on the research of many scholars on industry chain innovation,this paper systematizes it from the perspective of CSM,divides it into three modules:knowledge chain innovation collaboration,technology chain innovation collaboration and value chain innovation collaboration,analyzes its internal collaborative mechanism,and explains the importance of collaboration.In view of this,based on the perspective of CSM,the paper puts forward four suggestions to promote the in-depth coordination of the industry chain innovation system:constructing a regional industry development service alliance,expanding market demand guided by improving the quality of life of the people and improving the economic benefits of technological transformation,improving relevant laws and regulations and alliance systems,protecting the innovation environment,and constructing a service subject information station.
