摘要 现代社会,几乎人人都在使用即时通讯软件进行线上互动,特别在疫情之后,全社会线上数字化生活进程大幅度加快,客流进一步向线上汇聚,电信运营商传统营销模式遇到获客难、营销机会少、成功率低等重大挑战。为了适应“移动互联网+”时代,电信运营商急需优化营销组织模式,以适应市场的变化。论文主要从我国“移动互联网+”发展的现状入手,着重分析当前互联网全新的营销模式以及业务支撑系统,思考了“移动互联网+”的主要创新点,以供参考。 In modern society,almost everyone is using instant messaging software for online interaction.Especially after the epidemic,the process of online digital life of the whole society is greatly accelerated,and passenger flow is further converging online.The traditional marketing mode of telecom operators is confronted with major challenges such as difficulty in acquiring customers,few marketing opportunities and low success rate.In order to adapt to the era of"mobile internet+",telecom operators urgently need to optimize the marketing organization mode to adapt to the changes of the market.This paper mainly starts with the status quo of the development of"mobile internet+"in China,focuses on the analysis of the new marketing mode and business support system of the current internet,and considers the main innovation points of"mobile internet+",for reference.
