电力供给侧改革政策实施效果研究

Research on the Implementation Effect of Power Supply-Side Reform Policy

电力行业作为国民经济的基础产业,随着经济进入以增速变缓为特征的“新常态”,我国的电力行业正开展一场以增质提效为目标的“供给侧改革”。电力供给侧改革离不开政策的引导和规范。论文从各省电力供给侧改革响应情况、电源与电网供应情况、地区示范项目建设情况以及电力体制改革推进情况等方面对电力供给侧改革政策实施效果进行实践分析,同时针对电力供给侧改革政策存在的问题提出相关发展建议,以实现更好的电力供给侧改革政策效果。

As a basic industry of the national economy,the power industry in China is carrying out a"supply-side reform"aimed at improving quality and efficiency as the economy enters the"new normal"characterized by slower growth.Power supply-side reform can not be separated from policy guidance and norms.This paper analyzes the implementation effect of the power supply-side reform policy from the aspects of the response to the power supply-side reform in various provinces,the supply of power and power grid,the construction of regional demonstration projects and the promotion of the power system reform.At the same time,relevant development suggestions are put forward in view of the problems existing in the power supply-side reform policy,so as to achieve better effect of the power supply-side reform policy.
