浅析企业在环境应急监测方面存在的问题及对策

Analysis of the Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Enterprises in Environmental Emergency Monitoring

企业在编制环境应急预案的过程中对环境应急监测的关注较少,预案中多是原则性规定,缺乏可操作性。近年来,新乡市的突发环境事件暴露出企业在环境应急管理及监测中存在一系列问题。论文围绕新乡市企业在环境应急监测方面存在的问题展开讨论,指出解决这些问题应采取的对策,以期帮助企业端正思想、积极应对可能出现的突发环境事件。

Enterprises pay less attention to environmental emergency monitoring in the process of preparing environmental emergency plan.Most of the plans are principled provisions and lack operability.In recent years,environmental emergencies in Xinxiang City have exposed a series of problems existing in the environmental emergency management and monitoring of enterprises.This paper discusses the problems existing in environmental emergency monitoring of enterprises in Xinxiang City,and points out the countermeasures to solve these problems,so as to help enterprises correct their ideas and actively deal with possible environmental emergencies.
