摘要 对于绩效管理实践的发展过程来说,将战略思想融入管理活动过程,以企业战略为导向,逐级分解战略绩效目标到个人并进行考核,引导员工围绕企业核心价值作出贡献,以此实现企业战略实施和落地的战略绩效考核理念,已经逐渐成为绩效管理领域的主流认识。论文在分析实行考核计划可能面临的问题的基础上,提出企业导入战略绩效考核的策略,介绍指标设计的要点和流程,以供参考。 For the development process of performance management practice,the strategic performance appraisal concept of integrating strategic ideas into the process of management activities,taking enterprise strategy as the guidance,decomposing strategic performance objectives to individuals level by level and conduct appraisal,and guiding employees to make contributions around the core values of the enterprise,so as to realize the implementation and deployment of enterprise strategy has gradually become the mainstream understanding in the field of performance management.Based on the analysis of the possible problems in the implementation of the appraisal plan,this paper puts forward the strategies of introducing strategic performance appraisal by enterprises,and introduces the key points and process of index design,for reference.
