供给侧结构性改革视角下中小企业融资约束问题研究

Research on Financing Constraints of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises from the Perspective of Supply-Side Structural Reform

供给侧结构性改革的提出为中小企业解决融资约束问题提供了新思路。论文从中小企业融资约束现状出发,分析中小企业存在融资约束的原因是企业规模较小、双方信息不对称以及信贷配给问题。基于此,论文从市场竞争层面、财政税收层面、金融体制层面、产业结构层面和社会关系层面提出供给侧结构性改革解决中小企业融资约束的对策建议,以期为中小企业更好发展提供参考。

The supply-side structural reform provides a new idea for small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the problem of financing constraints.Based on the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises'financing constraints,this paper analyzes the reasons for small and medium-sized enterprises'financing constraints:small scale,asymmetric information and credit rationing.Based on this,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of market competition,finance and taxation,financial system,industrial structure and social relations to solve the financing constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply-side structural reform,so as to provide reference for the better development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
