关于建筑企业集团发展战略的思考

Reflections on the Development Strategies of Construction Enterprise Group

随着我国综合国力的不断提高,建筑行业进入了一个高速发展的时期。同时,随着建筑行业的快速发展,各大建筑企业之间的市场竞争日趋激烈。因此,为了在激烈的市场竞争中生存,进而持续健康地发展,建筑企业需要对新时期企业的发展战略进行思考。论文从拓展业务范围、积极开拓市场、完善创新体制和建立保障措施4个方面,对建筑企业集团发展战略进行了分析,为建筑企业制定发展战略提供了理论依据。

With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,the construction industry has entered a period of rapid development.At the same time,with the rapid development of the construction industry,the market competition among major construction enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,in order to survive in the fierce market competition and develop continuously and healthily,construction enterprise needs to think about the enterprise development strategies in the new era.This paper analyzes the development strategies of construction enterprise group from four aspects:expanding business scope,actively developing market,perfecting innovation system and establishing safeguard measures,which provides a theoretical basis for construction enterprise to formulate development strategies.
