高新技术企业无形资产评估存在的问题及应对措施研究

在知识经济时代,无形资产的重要性日益凸显,特别是高新技术企业,其无形资产评估需求量急剧增加。论文以高新技术企业为研究对象,通过整理大量无形资产评估案例,发现由于评估对象及行业的特殊性,存在企业重视程度较低、评估方法局限、数据获取困难等问题。论文针对这些问题提出建议,通过提高企业重视程度、创新评估方法、培养专业人才等措施,推动高新技术企业更好发展。

In the era of knowledge economy,the importance of invisible assets has become increasingly prominent,especially in high-tech enterprises,their demand for invisible assets assessment has increased sharply.The paper takes high-tech enterprises as the research object.Through sorting out a large number of invisible assets assessment cases,it is found that due to the particularity of the assessment object and the industry,there are existing problems such as low attention from enterprises,limitation of assessment methods,difficulty in obtaining data and so on.The paper puts forward suggestions on these problems,and promotes the better development of high-tech enterprises through measures such as increasing the importance of enterprises,innovating assessment methods,and cultivating professional talents.
