摘要
受新冠疫情影响,云招聘的优势日渐凸显,并迅速成为企业和高校毕业生首选的招聘渠道之一。基于此,论文对云招聘有效性的影响因素和提升云招聘有效性的措施进行研究,为企业和高校毕业生在招聘和应聘方面提供借鉴与参考。
Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the advantages of cloud recruitment are increasingly prominent,and quickly become one of the preferred recruitment channels for enterprises and college graduates.Based on this,this paper studies the influencing factors of the effectiveness of cloud recruitment and the measures to improve the effectiveness of cloud recruitment,so as to provide a reference for enterprises and college graduates in recruitment and employment.
