浅谈企业在不同发展阶段的培训战略与策略

摘要 培训就是生产力,是企业提高经济效益、延长生命周期的关键因素之一。论文根据企业培训工作的现状,以企业生命周期理论为基础,分析了企业在不同生命周期阶段的发展特点,提出了企业在不同发展阶段的培训战略与策略,最后以某企业为例进行了实证研究,提出了该企业在成熟期的培训策略及措施。 Training is productivity and one of the key factors for enterprises to improve economic benefits and prolong life cycle.According to the current situation of enterprise training work,based on the enterprise life cycle theory,this paper analyzes the development characteristics of enterprises in different life cycle stages,and puts forward the training strategies and tactics of enterprises in different development stages.Finally,taking an enterprise as an example,this paper makes an empirical study and puts forward the training strategies and measures of the enterprise in the mature stage.
