摘要
轨道式、轮胎式集装箱门式起重机吊具防摇效果直接影响其作业效率,现阶段主流防摇方案为八绳防摇系统。该系统在设计时存在多种缠绕形式,文中主要通过分析系统中一种绳端与吊具的连接方式,研究其不同尺寸对防摇效果的影响,得出更有利于抑制吊具摇摆的连接方式。该方式与传统方式相比,可在吊具满足防摇要求阻尼的同时,降低防摇钢丝绳的载荷,达到更快速降低吊具摇摆幅度的目的。
The anti-sway function of spreader of rail mounted gantry cranes and tire gantry cranes will directly affect their efficiency.Currently,the mainstream anti-rolling scheme adopted is the eight-rope anti-sway system.There are many winding types in the design of the system.This paper mainly analyzes a connection mode between the rope end and the spreader,studies the influence of different sizes on the anti-sway function,and puts forward a connection mode which is more conducive to restraining the spreader from swaying.Compared with traditional methods,this method can ensure that the spreader can meet the damping requirements of anti-sway,and at the same time,reduce the load of anti-sway wire rope,thus reducing the swing amplitude of the spreader more quickly.
