摘要
为了保证起重机功能安全,文中根据起重机安全监管面临的困难设计了一种起重机检测系统,该系统主要依靠视觉和振动两种数据采集方式并通过数据传输使检测人员能够实现对起重机金属结构,螺栓连接,制动器等重要机构以及起升高度限位器、行程限制器、紧急停止装置的远程检测,并利用高清摄像头和加速度传感器等从起重机机构上采集相应的数字信息,通过4G或5G移动网络的方式将数据上传至远程服务器。在远程服务器中对所接收到的数据进行处理、存储等操作,并将处理结果或者实时数据用人机交互界面传递给检测人员以及现场工作人员,从而极大便利了远程监管。
To ensure the safety of various functions of cranes,considering the difficulties faced by cranes in safety supervision,a design of crane detection system is proposed.The system mainly relies on visual and vibration data acquisition and enables the inspectors to remotely monitor the important mechanisms such as the metal structure,bolt connection and brake of the crane,as well as the lifting height limiter,travel limiter and emergency stop device,and collects the digital information of the crane by using high-definition cameras and acceleration sensors,and uploads the data to the remote server through the 4G or 5G mobile network.The remote server processes and stores the received data,and transmits the processing results or real-time data to the inspectors and field workers through the man-machine interaction interface,thus greatly facilitating the remote monitoring.
