摘要
文中以某圆筒柔性焊接线为例,选取4种不同型号的同类产品在同一条焊接生产线上进行组队、焊接、检测等工作,各工位的加工时间已知,各工位间采用RGV进行物料输送。通过遗传算法对RGV的数量进行优化,确定优化后RGV的数量为2台即可满足生产需求,通过Flexsim仿真软件对优化后的模型进行仿真验证,证实了该优化方案的合理性。
Taking a cylinder flexible welding line as an example,four different types of similar products are selected,which are grouped,welded and tested on the same welding production line.If the processing time of each station is known,and RGV is used for material transportation between stations.The number of RGVs was optimized by genetic algorithm,and it was confirmed that two RGVs could meet the production demand.The optimized model was verified by Flexsim simulation software,proving the rationality of the optimization scheme.
