Construction scheme of PSH garage in old community

老旧社区因配建指标不合理等基建设施历史遗留问题,导致了突出的停车矛盾。升降横移类机械式立体停车设备因其适用性特点及其技术稳定性,在老旧社区立体化停车改造中发挥积极作用。文中以重庆市渝中区某小区立体车库建设方案设计为例,从建设背景、设施选用、实用效果等方面阐述示例停车库应用方案,综合分析得出升降横移类设备在老旧社区停车改造中的应用实效。

Due to infrastructure problems such as unreasonable configuration and building indicators,there are outstanding parking problems in old communities.Considering its applicability and technical stability,PSH mechanical three-dimensional parking equipment has played an active role in the transformation of three-dimensional parking in old communities.Taking the construction scheme design of a three-dimensional garage in Yuzhong District of Chongqing as an example,this paper expounds the scheme of the garage from the aspects of construction background,facility selection and practical effect,and introduced the practical application effect of PSH equipment in old community parking reconstruction through comprehensive analysis.
