摘要
“优培计划”是在实践中探索的“四有”师范生培养方案。实施四年来,逐渐形成“模块课程+导师制+跟岗交换式实践教学”育人模式。“优培计划”突出因材施教,旨在促进师范生全面发展,取得不少成绩,但也存在一些问题与不足。其中,“分类教育+综合培养”为“模块课程”基本模式,“思想政治教育活动+教育思想研讨+教学方法研讨+专业素养提升”为“导师制”活动基本模式,“3+1”为“跟岗交换式实践教学”基本模式。这既是“优培计划”教育实践事实,也是一种不断探索的师范教育理念。
“Outstanding Teacher Training Program”is a training program for normal university students with“four characteristics”explored in practice.In the past four years since its implementa-tion,it has gradually formed an educational model of“modular courses+mentorship+practical teach-ing with post exchange”.The program emphasizes teaching students in accordance with their apti-tude,aims to promote the all-round development of normal university students,and has made a lot of achievements,but there are also some problems and shortcomings.In this educational model,“classified education+comprehensive training”is the basic mode of“module courses”,while“ideo-logical and political education activities+seminars on educational ideas+seminars on teaching methods+improvement of professionalism”is the basic mode of“tutorial system”activities,and“3+1”is the basic mode of“practical teaching with post exchange”.This is not only a fact of the educational practice of the program,but also a concept of normal education which is constantly explored.
