床头角度测量器及抬高提醒设备在ICU呼吸机辅助呼吸通气脑出血患者中的应用效果研究

Application of bedside angle measuring device and elevation reminding device in cerebral hemorrhage patients undergoing ventilator assisted respiratory and ventilation in ICU

目的探究床头角度测量器及抬高提醒设备在ICU呼吸机辅助呼吸通气脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年1月-2020年6月收治的在ICU呼吸机辅助呼吸通气脑出血162例患者,按照住院时间不同将患者分为89例常规组和73例研究组。常规组接受常规床头抬高管理,研究组给予床头角度测量器及抬高提醒设备管理。观察并记录两组住院总天数。ICU住院天数、机械通气时间、呼吸机相关肺炎(Ventilator associated pneumonia,VAP)发生情况。压疮发生情况及满意度情况,并比较两组在10:00.16:00.2:00三个时间段床头抬高达标情况。结果研究组10:00.16:00.2:00达标率及总达标率分别为92.95%、95.29%。85.68%.91.17%,较常规组的52.49%、58.70%.40.82%、50.29%明显增高(P<0.05);研究组ICU住院天数比常规组短(P<0.05);研究组VAP发生率为9.59%,较常规组的22.47%低(P<0.05);研究组床头抬高满意度为95.89%,较常规组的86.52%高(P<0.05)。结论对在ICU呼吸机辅助呼吸通气脑出血患者进行床头角度测量器及抬高提醒设备的护理管理可以明显改善患者床头抬高达标情况,减少VAP发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application efect of bedside angle measuring device and elevation reminding device in cerbral hemorrhage patients undergoing ventilator asted respiratory and ventilation in ICL.Methods A total of 162 cerebral hemorrhage patients undergoing ventilator assisted respiratory and ventilation in ICU who were adnmitted to the hospital from Jamuary 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled and divided into routine groups(89 rases)and study group(73 cases)according to diferent hospitalization time.The routine group was given routine bedside elevation management,while study group was given bedside angle measuring device and elevation reminding device for management.The total hospitalization time,stay time in ICU.mechanical ventilation time.occurrence of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP)and pressure sores,and satisfaction in both groups were observed and recorded.The controlsituations of bedside elevation at 10:00,16:00 and 2:00 were compared between the two groups.Results The control rates at 10:00.16:00 and 2:00,and total control rate in study group were 92.95%,95.29%.85.68%and 91.17%.which were signifcanly higher than those in routine group(52.49%,58.70%.40.82%.50.29%)(P<0.05).The stay time in ICU in study group was shorter than that in routine group(P<0.05),the incidence of VAP was lower than that in routine group(9.59%vs 22.47%)(P<0.05),and satisfaction rate of bedside elevation was higher than that in routine group(95.89%vs 86.52%)(P<0.05).Conc lusion The nursing management of bedside angle measuring device and elevation reminding dev ice in cerebral hemorrhage patients undergoing ventilator assisted respiratory and ventilation in ICU can significantly improve control situations of bedside elevation,reduce oceurrence of V AP,and improve patienls satisfaction.
