胸膜结核瘤发病机制及治疗的研究进展

Research progress of pathogenesis and treatment of pleural tuberculoma

胸膜结核瘤(PTM)是多继发于结核性胸膜炎之后发生在壁层或脏层胸膜的瘤样病灶,亦称胸膜结核球。PTM虽为良性增殖性病灶,但肺部可广泛累及。不经积极治疗,部分病灶会不断增大、数目增多,严重影响疾病预后。近年来,随着辅助检查手段的提高以及国内外学者对该疾病的进一步认识,PTM的发病率明显增加,但目前PTM发病机制的研究仍处于探索研究阶段。该述评结合近年来相关文献,探讨其发病机制及治疗进展。

Pleural tuberculoma(PTM)is a tumor-like lesion secondary to tuberculous pleurisy that involves in the parietal or visceral pleura,the imaging manifestations are oval and round lesions.Although PTM is a benign proliferative lesion,the lung can be extensively involved.Without active treatment,some lesions continue to grow and increase in number,which will seriously affect the prognosis of the disease.The incidence of PTM has increased significantly for great attention from domestic and foreign counterparts and the improvement of auxiliary examination technology,but the pathogenesis of PTM is still in the exploration stages.This commentary aimed to explore the pathogenesis and treatment in PTM with literature in recent years.
