200 MW机组四角切圆锅炉准东煤与油页岩掺烧试验研究

摘要 我国油页岩和准东煤储量丰富,但单独燃烧油页岩及准东煤均存在一定问题。针对油页岩和准东煤不同比例掺烧下,对一台200 MW机组锅炉运行安全性、环保性和经济性进行试验研究。结果表明,两个掺配方式下炉膛出口烟温均低于1000℃,折焰角处受热面无明显结渣情况,环保装置运行正常,NOx、SO2和烟尘排放浓度均达到各自超低排放限值要求,修正后锅炉效率均比设计值高,最大提高0.46%。 Chinese has abundant reserves of oil shale and Zhundong coal,but there are certain problems when burning oil shale and Zhundong coal alone.This paper conducts an experimental study on the safety,environmental protection and economy of a 200 MW unit boiler based on the mixed burning of oil shale and Zhundong coal in different proportions.The results show that the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the furnace is lower than 1000℃under the two blending methods,and there is no obvious slagging on the heating surface at the corner of the flame,the environmental protection device is operating normally,and the emission concentrations of NO_(x),SO_(2) and smoke reach their respective ultra-low emission limit requirements,the boiler efficiency after revision is higher than the design value,and the maximum increase is 0.46%.
