我国南方地区校园合同节水项目节水效益评价

Evaluation of water-saving efficiency of campus contract water-saving projects in southern China

通过校园合同节水项目的实施,引入社会资本,集成运用先进的节水改造技术,实现良好的节水效果。对我国南方地区某市LJ小学、PJ中学和CH中学校园合同节水项目节水效果和经济效益进行分析。结果表明,3所学校校园合同节水项目节水效果显著,人均日用水单耗分别降低30%、23%和61%,满足浙江省用水定额的要求。由于采取的节水措施不同,导致CH中学合同节水项目投资额较大,经济上不可行。LJ小学、PJ中学合同节水项目在经济上可行。今后校园合同节水项目实施中,根据学校具体情况,制定科学有效的节水措施,节约用水的同时,兼顾校园合同节水项目在经济上的可行性。

Through the implementation of water-saving projects under campus contracts,social capital can be introduced,and advanced and applicable water-saving reconstruction technology can be integrated to achieve good water-saving effect.A city in the southern China,LJ primary,PJ and CH secondary school contract water-saving project water saving effect and economic benefit are analyzed,the results show that the contracted water-saving projects in three schools have remarkable water-saving effects,and the per capita daily water consumption is reduced by 30%,23%and 61%respectively,meeting the requirements of water quota in Zhejiang Province.Due to the different water-saving measures taken,the investment of the contract water-saving project in CH middle school is large and economically infeasible.The contracted water-saving projects of LJ primary school and PJ middle school are economically feasible.In the future implementation of the campus contract water-saving project,according to the specific situation of the school,formulate scientific and effective water-saving measures to save water consumption while taking into account the economic feasibility of the contract water-saving project.
