浅谈大型冷库桶泵供冷和乙二醇载冷剂供冷实际应用

Preliminary discussion on practical application energy of bucket pump cooling and glycol refrigerant in large-scale cold storage

摘要 介绍大型冷库国内现状、氟利昂桶泵制冷技术和乙二醇载冷剂供冷技术,以杭州某产业园新建低温冷库和某物联公司新建低温冷库为例,对比分析冷风机结霜情况、耗材情况及运营成本等,得出乙二醇载冷剂供冷技术更节能环保,节约运营成本,更符合食品冷链需求的供冷方式,具有良好的市场前景。 Introducing the domestic situation of large-scale cold storage,freon barrel pump refrigeration technology and glycol refrigerant cooling technology.Take the new low-temperature cold storage of an industrial park in Hangzhou and the new low-temperature cold storage of an IOT company as examples,compares and analyzes the frosting situation,consumables and operating costs of air coolers,and concludes that the glycol-based refrigerant cooling technology is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly,saves operating costs,and is more in line with food cold chain requirements,and has a good market prospect.
