基于WSR系统方法论的护理学专业实践教学资源整合和建设方案构建

The integration and construction of nursing practice teaching resources based on WSR system methodology

目的构建基于WSR系统方法论的护理学专业实践教学资源整合和建设方案。方法本研究采用文献分析法、案例研究法、小组讨论法和专家会议法探讨WSR系统方法论在实践教学资源整合和建设中的运用机理,并以某高校为例构建适用于护理学专业的实践教学资源整合和建设方案。结果在护理学专业实践教学资源整合和建设方案中,对应WSR系统方法论“物理”“事理”“人理”的因素分别为:以建设成有区域示范和竞争力的现代化、信息化实践教学基地为整合和建设目标;制定科学性、实用型的“校—院—企”合作式实践教学管理制度;发挥“人”的主导作用,推进有区域示范和竞争力的现代化、信息化实践教学基地整合建设。三者皆在护理学专业实践教学资源整合和建设中发挥着重要作用。结论在基于WSR系统方法论的护理学专业实践教学资源整合和建设方案中,各高校要结合本校专业特色和办学需求,明确护理学专业实践教学资源整合和建设的目标,并以完善制度为基础,积极发挥“人”的主导作用,构建科学的整合和建设方案策略。

Objective To construct a scheme for the integration and construction of nursing practice teaching resources based on WSR system methodology.Methods Literature analysis method,case study method,group discussion method and expert meeting method were used to explore the application mechanism of WSR system methodology in the integration and construction of practical teaching resources,and a university was taken as an example to construct the integration and construction scheme that suitable for nursing practice teaching resources.Results The factors corresponding to the"physics","theory"and"human theory"of WSR system methodology in the integration and construction scheme of nursing practical teaching resources are as follows:First,set a goal that build a modern and information-based practice teaching base with regional demonstration and competitiveness.Second,develop a series of scientific and practical cooperative practice teaching management system.Finally,give play to the leading role of"people",promote the integration and construction of modernization and information-based practice teaching bases with regional demonstration and competitiveness.All of them play an important role in the integration and construction of nursing practical teaching resources.Conclusions In the scheme of the integration and construction of nursing practical teaching resources based on WSR system methodology,colleges should combine their characteristics and needs,defining the objectives of the integration and construction of nursing practical teaching resources,improving the system,give play to the leading role of"people"and constructing scientific strategies.
