中药热敷护理在颈椎病患者中的应用价值

The application value of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursing in patients with cervical spondylosis

目的探讨中药热敷护理在颈椎病患者中的应用价值。方法选择2017年11月—2019年11月本院收治的颈椎病患者78例为研究对象,随机数表法分为研究组与对照组两组,每组各39例。两组均接受保守治疗,对照组在此基础上进行常规护理干预,研究组加用中药热敷护理,观察1个月。比较两组症状改善情况、疼痛及生活质量。结果两组护理前视觉模拟评分(VAS)、中医症状积分及健康调查简表评分(SF-36)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组护理后颈与上肢VAS评分、中医症状积分为(2.54±0.55)分、(1.35±0.36)分、(10.97±3.14)分,低于对照组的(3.13±0.59)分、(1.62±0.44)分、(13.62±3.45)分;SF-36评分为(84.98±8.37)分,高于对照组的(79.53±8.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热敷护理能够改善颈椎病患者症状,促进疼痛缓解,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursing in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods From November 2017 to November 2019,78 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis those admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into research group and control group according to random number table method,39 cases in each group.Patients in both two groups received expectant treatment firstly,patients in the control group received conventional nursing intervention additionally,and patients in the research group received traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursing intervention additionally,and the observation period lasted for one month.The improvement of symptoms,pain and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the visual analog scale(VAS)score,TCM symptom score and SF-36 score before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of neck and upper limb and the TCM symptom score in the study group were(2.54±0.55),(1.35±0.36),and(10.97±3.14),respectively,which were lower than(3.13±0.59),(1.62±0.44),(13.62±3.45)in the control group.The score of SF-36(84.98±8.37)was higher than that(79.53±8.25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Chinese medicine hot compress nursing could improve the symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis,promote pain relief,improve the quality of life of patients.
