摘要
在巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站建设过程中,采用物探检测技术对大坝的坝体填筑和坝基帷幕灌浆等重要工序进行检查评价。选用了附加质量法检测大坝堆石体密实度,钻孔压水试验和钻孔电视检测大坝防渗帷幕质量。通过工程建设过程的详细试验数据,建立了适用于软岩泥质含量料源的附加质量法数值量板。针对于卡洛特坝址的软岩特性,探索出了适用于易风化含泥质砂岩基岩防渗帷幕透水性的钻孔压水试验方案。现场施工实践表明:采用的物探检测技术能够满足对大坝施工质量管理的要求。
In order to control the construction process of Karot Hydropower Station in Pakistan,geophysical detec⁃tion was used to test and evaluate the important processes of dam filling and foundation curtain grouting.Additive mass method was adopted to test the compactness of dam rockfill.Borehole packer test and borehole television were used to test the quality of impermeable curtain of dam.Based on the detail test data in the engineering construction process,we established additive mass method digital template that is suitable for muddy soft rock filling material re⁃source.In the light of the characteristics of soft rock in Karot Hydropower Station,we proposed a borehole packer test scheme that is suitable for anti-seepage curtains in muddy sandstone bedrock.The tests showed that the geo⁃physical detection could meet the requirements of efficient and accurate management of dam construction quality.
