钢框架钢管锚滑移节点外挂蒸压加气混凝土墙板振动台试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 提出一种新型外挂蒸压加气混凝土墙板(ALC墙板)连接节点——钢管锚滑移节点(NDR滑移节点),该节点在传统钢管锚节点基础上改进,安装简便且无需预埋件,便于标准化生产。设计了5层1/4缩尺带外挂墙板钢框架模拟地震振动台试验,将其与两种传统刚性连接节点——钢管锚节点和钩头螺栓节点进行对比,研究外挂墙板节点的破坏形式及传力模型。试验选用El-Centro波,地震动加速度峰值APG从0.14g到2.00g逐级增加,结果表明:随着APG的增大,NDR滑移节点外挂墙板在节点连接处未发生明显破坏,与其对应的传统连接节点外挂墙板在节点连接处出现贯穿裂缝,局部有混凝土碎块脱落;该新型连接节点外挂墙板在8度多遇、罕遇地震动及9度极罕遇地震动时能够与主体结构协同工作,具有随动性;节点通过预留长孔的方式,依靠连接件的滑移机制有效保护了墙板,避免连接处遭到严重破坏;在试验基础上对该节点进行力学分析并得出相应的理论公式,为节点的工程应用提供了设计参考依据。 This paper proposes a new type of external autoclaved lightweight concrete(ALC) wall panels connection joint--NDR slip joint, this joint is improved on the basis of traditional steel pipe anchor joints.It is easy to install and does not require any embedded parts, which is convenient for standardized production.A 5-story 1/4 scale steel frame with external wall panels is designed to simulate earthquake shaking table test.The failure modes and force transmission model of external wall panel joints are studied by comparing with a traditional anchor joint and a hook bolt joint.El-Centro wave is selected in the test, and the peak ground acceleration A_(PG) is increased from 0.14g to 2.00g step by step.The results show that with the increase of A_(PG),the external wall panels with NDR sliding joints did not occur obvious damage at the joint connection, the external wall panels of the corresponding traditional joints appear through cracks at the joint connection, and partial concrete fragments fell off.The external wall panels of the new connection joints can cooperate with the main structure when the ground motion is frequently or rarely encountered at 8 degrees and extremely rare at 9 degrees, having the following characteristics.The joints reserve long holes and rely on the slippage mechanism of the connectors to effectively protect the wall panels and avoid serious damage to the joints.On the basis of this experiment, the mechanical analysis of the joint is carried out and the corresponding theoretical formula is obtained, which provides a design reference for the engineering application of this joint.
