心力衰竭患者曲美他嗪联合培哚普利治疗的有效性及对患者LVEDD、LVESD的影响

Effect of Trimetazidine Combined With Perindopril on LVEDd and LVESD in Patients With Heart Failure

目的探讨心力衰竭患者曲美他嗪联合培哚普利治疗的有效性及对患者LVEDD、LVESD的影响。方法选取150例心力衰竭患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各75例,对照组应用培哚普利治疗,研究组应用曲美他嗪联合培哚普利治疗。结果研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF等指标水平改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心功能分级改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭患者应用曲美他嗪联合培哚普利治疗可有效增强治疗疗效,促进患者心脏功能改善,可推广使用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with perindopril in the treatment of patients with heart failure and its effect on LVEDd and LVESD.Methods 150 patients with heart failure in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with perindopril,and the study group was treated with trimetazidine combined with perindopril.Results The curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of LVESD,LVEDd,LVEF and other indicators of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of cardiac function classification of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with perindopril in the treatment of patients with heart failure can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect and promote the improvement of cardiac function,which can be widely used.
