恒上前牙龈下牙折应用牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Combined Dental Pulp and Orthodontic Treatment on Permanent Upper Anterior Gingival Fracture

目的分析恒上前牙龈下牙折患者应用牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗的临床效果。方法将60例恒上前牙龈下牙折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规修复治疗)和观察组(牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗),每组患者30例。对比治疗后的临床疗效情况。结果经治疗后,治疗总有效率指标,观察组与对照组分别为96.67%,66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗并发症发生率指标,观察组与对照组分别为6.67%,33.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总满意度指标,观察组与对照组分别为96.67%,66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予恒上前牙龈下牙折患者应用牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗临床疗效以及治疗安全性更佳,患者对治疗满意度较高,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined dental pulp and orthodontic treatment in patients with permanent upper anterior gingival fracture.Methods 60 patients with permanent upper anterior gingival fracture were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(conventional restorative treatment)and observation group(tooth Endodontic and orthodontic combined restoration treatment),30 patients in each group.Compare the clinical efficacy after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were(96.67%)and(66.67%)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group and the control group had respectively(6.67%),(33.33%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group and the control group have treatment satisfaction(96.67%),(66.67%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of combined dental pulp orthodontic treatment for patients with permanent upper anterior and subgingival fractures are better,and the patients are more satisfied with the treatment and have higher clinical application value.
