体外受精-胚胎移植女性患者心理弹性与领悟社会支持对创伤后成长的影响

Effect of psychological resilience and perceived social support on post-traumatic growth in patients undergoing IVF-ET

目的探讨行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的女性患者心理弹性及领悟社会支持对创伤后成长(PTG)的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取兰州大学第一医院生殖专科医院2019年11月至2020年9月的220例IVF-ET女性患者作为研究对象。使用一般情况调查表、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、创伤后成长量表(PTGI)对患者进行问卷调查,有效问卷由研究人员统一编码,进行双人录入。采用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行处理,IVF-ET女性患者CD-RISC、PSSS与PTGI的相关性进行皮尔逊相关分析,多元逐步回归分析PTG的主要影响因素。结果本研究共发放220份问卷,回收有效问卷216份。IVF-ET女性患者PTGI、CD-RISC及PSSS得分分别为(68.55±18.64)分、(62.60±14.04)分和(57.32±12.07)分。相关性分析结果显示PTGI得分与CD-RISC得分(r=0.495)、PSSS得分(r=0.417)呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。回归分析显示,坚强、其他支持是影响IVF-ET女性患者PTGI得分的主要因素。结论应提高IVF-ET女性患者心理弹性及领悟社会支持水平和PTG能力。

Objective:To investigate the effects of psychological resilience and perceived social support on post-traumatic growth(PTG)of patients undergoing IVF-ET.Methods:A total of 220 female patients undergone IVF-ET in the Reproductive Medicine Special Hospital of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from November 2019 to September 2020 were selected by convenience sampling method.The general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and post-traumatic growth inventory(PTGI)were used to investigate the patients.The valid questionnaires were uniformly coded by researchers,and entered by two persons.SPSS 25.0 was used for data processing.Pearson correlation analysis was performed on the correlation among CD-RISC,PSSS and PTGI in female IVF-ET patients.Multiple stepwise regression analysis was performed to analyze the main influencing factors of PTG.Results:A total of 220 questionnaires were distributed and 216 valid questionnaires were recovered.The scores of PTGI,CD-RISC and PSSS in female patients with IVF-ET were(68.55±18.64),(62.60±14.04)and(57.32±12.07)respectively.The results of correlation analysis showed that PTGI score was significantly positively correlated with CD-RISC score(r=0.495)and PSSS score(r=0.417)(P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis result showed that tenacity and other support were influencing factors of PTGI score.Conclusions:Female patients undergoing IVF-ET should improve their psychological resilience,social support and PTG ability.
