波塞冬分层下卵巢低反应患者临床管理的研究进展

Research progress in clinical management of patients with poor ovarian response under Poseidon stratification

卵巢低反应(POR)患者的治疗是辅助生殖过程中一个挑战性的课题,POR患者卵巢反应性差,周期取消率高,且给患者带来较大的经济负担。对于POR患者的评估与管理,以及根据患者情况制定个体化治疗方案在临床中具有重要意义。为了更细致地介绍POR,波塞冬小组制定了一个新的标准对接受辅助生殖技术(ART)治疗的患者进行识别和分层管理。本文对目前文献报道的基于波塞冬分层的POR患者在临床中的用药和辅助治疗情况进行了综述,以期对波塞冬分层的临床应用有所总结。

The management of patients with poor ovarian response(POR)is a challenging issue in the process of assisted reproduction technology(ART).POR patients have poor ovarian response,high cycle cancellation rate,and bring greater economic burden to patients.The evaluation and management of POR patients and the development of individualized treatment according to the situation of patients are of great significance in clinic.To introduce a more nuanced picture of POR,the POSEIDON group developed novel criteria to identify and classify patients treated with ART.This paper reviews the clinical medication and adjuvant treatment of POR patients based on POSEIDON stratification,in order to summarize the clinical application of POSEIDON stratification.
