绿洲一号和巨菌草制浆的可行性 被引量:6

摘要 为了探究菌草制浆的可行性,分析了绿洲一号和巨菌草两种菌草原料的化学组分和纤维形态,研究了菌草原料的硫酸盐法制浆性能,结果表明,绿洲一号和巨菌草的综纤维素含量均达到70%以上,α-纤维素含量为40.22%~47.14%,木素含量为20.66%~24.22%,灰分含量仅为2.73%~3.72%,平均纤维长度为1054.59~1614.80μm,平均宽度为23.51~42.47μm,长宽比为38.02~42.74.两种菌草的纸浆得率为45.85%~47.83%,皆可成浆. In order to investigate the pulping performance of JUNCAO(Pennisetum sinese and Arund donax cv.Lvzhou No.1), the chemical composition, fiber morphology and sulfate pulping property of the 2 JUNCAO varieties were analyzed. The results showed that the holocellulose content of both P.sinese and A.donax No.1 exceeded 70%, with α-cellulose, lignin and ash constituting 40.22%-47.14%, 20.66%-24.22% and 2.73%-3.72% of the total cellulose, respectively. The average fiber length, width and length-width ratio of the 2 varieties reached 1 054.59-1 614.80 μm, 23.51-42.47 μm, and 38.02-42.74, respectively. The pulp yield of the two JUNCAO varieties ranged between 45.85%-47.83%, indicating the pulping feasibility of P.sinese and A.donax No.1 for papermaking.
