摘要 气体小微流量计量仪表在工业生产、环境检测、安全防护等领域中应用广泛,仪表要求计量准确可靠。气体流量仪表溯源检测,需要更高精度的气体流量装置作为参考标准,同时还要根据检测时气体的温度、压力进行必要的修正换算。钟罩式气体流量标准装置、活塞式气体流量标准装置、标准表法气体流量标准装置是目前国内常见的气体小流量检定装置形式,以上装置各有优劣。层流流量计是差压流量计的一种,通过测量层流流量计两侧差压反映流量计瞬时流量。层流流量计结果简单,后期维护便捷,是实验室和现场气体小微流量仪表参考标准较好的选择。 Small micro gas flow metering instrument in the industrial production safety protection is applied widely in the fields such as environment detection, instrument for measuring accurate and reliable Gas flow meter source, needs higher precision of the gas f low device as the reference standard, but also according to the test when the temperature and pressure of the gas to make the necessary correction conversion. The bell jar type gas flow standard device, piston type gas flow standard device, standard meter method gas flow standard device are common domestic small flow verification device forms, the above devices have advantages and disadvantages. Laminar flow meter is a differential pressure flow meter, by measuring the differential pressure on both sides of the laminar flow meter to reflect the flow meter instantaneous flow. Laminar flow meter has simple results and convenient maintenance, which is a good choice for reference standard of laboratory and field gas small and micro flow meter.
