摘要
制备了YSZ/SiO_(2)复合轻质多孔隔热材料,借助FE-SEM、万能材料试验机、导热系数仪、压汞分析仪和zeta电位仪等测试手段系统研究了料浆pH值对YSZ/SiO_(2)气凝胶隔热材料的导热系数、抗压强度、密度和气孔率等性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:在pH考察范围为4~12时,隔热材料的导热系数呈"W"型变化,材料的密度和抗压强度随pH的增大呈现先减小,后增大、再减小的变化规律,最优料浆pH值为10,制得样品的导热系数、抗压强度、密度和气孔率分别为0.043 W/(mk),35.6 MPa,1.51 g/cm^(3)和60.9%。
Lightweight YSZ/SiO_(2) aerogel porous composite thermal insulation materials were prepared in this work.The effects of pH value on thermal conductivity,compressive strength and density of the thermal insulation materials were systematically studied by means of FT-FE-SEM,TEM,universal material testing machine,thermal conductivity meter,zeta potentiometers.The results show that the thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation material shows a"W"shape changing law.The density and compressive strength of the material decrease at first,then increase and finally decrease.The optimized pH value is 10,and the corresponding thermal conductivity,compressive strength,density and porosity are 0.043 W/(mk),35.6 MPa,1.51 g/cm^(3) and 60.9%,respectively.
