摘要 以工业纯的ZnO、Cr_(2)O_(3)、CoO为主要原料,硼砂为矿化剂,采用固相法合成了(Zn_(1-x)Co_(x))Cr_(2)O_(4)尖晶石型蓝绿色料。并且,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、CIELab色度等测试手段研究了钴离子掺杂量、矿化剂用量、煅烧温度等工艺条件对色料的晶体结构、呈色性能、在高温基础釉中着色性能的影响。研究结果表明通过控制(Zn_(1-x)Co_(x))Cr_(2)O_(4)尖晶石中的Zn^(2+)/Co^(2+)比及合成工艺条件,能获得粒径分布均匀、在高温基础釉中呈色稳定且可调控的亚微米级(<1μm)尖晶石型高温蓝绿色料。 This thesis of the industrial pure ZnO,Cr_(2)O_(3),CoO as the main raw material,borax as the mineralizer,synthesized by solid phase sintering (Zn_(1-x)Co_(x))Cr_(2)O_(4) spinel blue green paint,and by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),CIELab chroma test means such as cobalt doping amount,explores the mineralization agent,calcination temperature and other process conditions for the paint color,crystal phase structure and the influence of grain size,and colour of pigment is studied based on high temperature glaze effect,The results show that by reasonably controlling the proportion of Zn^(2+)and Co^(2+)in(Zn_(1-x)Co_(x))Cr_(2)O_(4) spinel and the synthesis process conditions,a high temperature bluegreen spinel-type material with uniform particle size distribution(<1μm)can be obtained with stable and controllable color in the high temperature basic transparent glaze.
