新型节能柴窑热平衡测定与计算方法及能耗分析 被引量:1

摘要 为掌握某新型节能柴窑的热平衡特性,结合实际情况引用QB/T 2129-2019《日用陶瓷工业间歇式窑炉热平衡、热效率测定与计算方法》和修订前的版本QB/T 2129-1995对该窑进行热平衡计算方法分析,列出所有热收入及热支出项目的计算公式,建立热平衡计算体系对该窑展开测试及数据分析,并讨论提高节能效率的方法,测试数据表明:相比于传统柴窑,"窑体表面散热损失"及"最高烧成温度下窑体的蓄热量"都较低,该柴窑1.2m^(3),烧成温度1312℃,烧成时间12 h,升温速率快,同时仅耗柴680 kg,节能效果显著。相比于梭式窑,新型节能柴窑"烟气中水蒸气带出的显热"较高,因此将柴进行干燥处理有助于进一步降低能耗。 In order to master the thermal equilibrium characteristics of a new type energy saving wood-fired kiln.Based on the QB/T 2129-2019"Measurement and calculation method of thermal equilibrium and thermal efficiency of domestic ceramics industrial intermittent kiln"and the previous version QB/T 2129-1995,the calculation method of thermal equilibrium of the kiln is analyzed,the calculation formulas of all heat revenue and heat expenditure items are listed.The thermal equilibrium calculation system is established to test and analyze the kiln,and the methods to improve the energy saving efficiency are discussed.The test data shows that:"Thermal loss of kiln surface"and"thermal storage capacity of kiln at maximum firing temperature"was lower than traditional wood-fired kiln,the kiln is 1.2 m^(3),firing temperature is 1312℃,the firing time was 12 h which is a fast heating speed,only 680 kg firewood was consumed,energy saving effect is remarkable."Sensible heat from water vapor in flue gas"was more than shuttle kiln,therefore,desiccating the wood is helpful to reduce energy consumption.
