益养活血汤治疗气阴两虚型非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yiyang Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Nonproliferative Diabetic Retinopathy of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin

目的观察科室自拟的益养活血汤治疗气阴两虚型非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)的疗效。方法本研究是前瞻性临床对照试验,将患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组用益养活血汤加减治疗,对照组口服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,连续治疗2个月,观察2组患者治疗前、后的视力、眼压及眼底情况,并对比分析2组的视力、总有效率等情况。结果2组患者治疗前视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后,试验组和对照组视力均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义;且治疗后,试验组的视力改善优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。试验组总有效率为78.00%,对照组总有效率为58.00%,试验组的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将益养活血汤用于气阴两虚型NPDR患者,能有效改善视网膜功能,提高视力,临床疗效较好。

Objective To observe the effect of Yiyang Huoxue decoction(yyhxd)on nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)of deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods This study is a prospective clinical control trial.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:The experimental group was treated with Yiyang Huoxue decoction,and the control group was treated with calcium dobesilate capsule for 2 months.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure and fundus of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the visual acuity and total effective rate were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity of experimental group and the control Group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity of experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 78.00%,and that of the control group was 58.00%.The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Yiyang Huoxue decoction in NPDR can effectively improve the retinal function and the visual acuity,and has good clinical effect.
