辨证治疗晚期消化道癌患者肿瘤相关性疲劳的疗效及对生活质量的影响

The Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Tumor-associated Fatigue in Patients with Advanced Digestive Tract Cancer and Its Influence on Quality of Life Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的观察分析中医辨证治疗对晚期消化道癌患者肿瘤相关性疲劳的治疗效果以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法回顾分析2018年1月—2020年2月接受治疗的晚期消化道癌患者150例,根据治疗方法的不同分为试验组(中医辨证治疗辅助常规西医治疗,89例)和对照组(常规西医治疗,61例),观察2组患者治疗的有效率、经治疗后的不良反应发生率、生活质量、肿瘤相关性疲劳情况,以及治疗前后的T淋巴细胞亚群各项指标的改善。结果试验组经治疗后的有效率、经治疗后的不良反应发生率、生活质量、肿瘤相关性疲劳情况,以及治疗前后的T淋巴细胞亚群各项指标的改善均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中医辨证治疗晚期消化道癌患者肿瘤相关性疲劳的疗效显著,治疗后可有效改善患者的生活质量,其各项不良反应的发生率明显被降低,T淋巴细胞亚群各项指标可以得到有效的改善,对于晚期消化道癌患者的临床意义重大。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of tumor-associated fatigue in patients with advanced digestive tract cancer and its influence on quality of life.Methods From January 2018 to On February 2020,a total of 150 patients with advanced digestive tract cancer were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:experimental group(traditional Chinese medicine differentiation of syndrome treatment combined with routine western medicine,n=89)and control group(routine western medicine treatment,n=61).The effective rate of treatment and the incidence of side effects after treatment were observed in the two groups.The quality of life,tumor-related fatigue,and improvement of T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were observed.Results In experimental group,the effective rate,the incidence of side effects,the quality of life and tumor-related fatigue,and the improvement of T lymphocyte subsets were significantly better than those in the control group.There was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment is significant for tumor-associated fatigue in patients with advanced digestive tract cancer,and the quality of life of patients can be effectively improved after treatment.The incidence of side effects is significantly reduced and the indexes of T lymphocyte subsets could be effectively improved.It has a great clinical significance to the patients with advanced digestive tract cancer.
