基于古今医案云平台分析中药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎用药规律

Analysis on the Medication Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Mesenteric Lymphadenitis in Children Based on the Ancient and Modern Consilia Cloud Platform

目的基于古今医案云平台(V 2.1)分析中医药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的处方用药规律。方法通过中国知网、万方、维普数据库收集建库至2020年10月中医药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的相关文献,严格按照纳入标准及排除标准进行筛选文献,通过应用Note Express软件进行文献管理,建立符合小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的数据库,从而建立Excel数据表,将相关数据导入古今医案云平台软件,并进行分析中药处方中各种中药的使用频次、性味、归经以及药物之间的关联规则等。结果共筛选出154首处方涉及中药172味,其中使用频次≥30的中药为高频药物,主要为甘草、白芍、延胡索、陈皮、木香、半夏等,药味以苦为主,药性以温居多,归经多属脾、胃、肺经,并演化得出茯苓-甘草,白芍-甘草,白芍、延胡索-甘草,陈皮-甘草等核心组合10个;通过系统聚类分析推演出治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的新处方共计4个。结论通过对药物频数、药物聚类分析、药物关联规则,可以揭示中医药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的处方用药规律,为临床遣方用药、提高临床疗效提供参考依据。

Objective To analyze the medication rules of modern Chinese medicine in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children through the Ancient and Modern Consilia Cloud Platform(V2.1).Methods The literature published before October 2020,about the treatment of children mesenteric lymphadenitis with traditional Chinese medicine was searched in CNKI,WANFANG database,and VIP.In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria,using the Note Express document manager,a database of children mesenteric lymphadenitis was set up,thus an Excel data table was established,and the relevant data were input into Ancient and Modern Consilia Cloud Platform(V2.1),then data mining such as frequency analysis,attribute analysis of TCM,association rules analysis and cluster analysis were carried out through the software to analyze the medication rules in the treatment of children mesenteric lymphadenitis,so as to provide certain idea for the clinical medication.Results Among the 154 Chinese herb prescriptions which were screened out,there were a total of 172 Chinese herbs with 15 of them used more than 30 times,and the medicinal herbs use of frequency from high to low were Liquorice,radix paeoniae alba,corydalis tuber,pericarpium citri reticulatae,elecampane,pinellia ternata and so on.Most medicinal herbs have bitter taste,warm property and the channel tropism were the spleen,stomach,and lung.Ten core combination of Poria cocos-Liquorice,Radix paeoniae alba-Liquorice,Radix paeoniae alba and Corydalis tuber-Liquorice,Pericarpium citri reticulatae-Liquorice and so on.And 4 new prescriptions for the treatment of children mesenteric lymphadenitis were deduced through systematic cluster anaysis.Conclusion The drug frequency,association rules analysis and clustering analysis can reveal the compatibility rules of TCM prescriptions for preventing and treating infantile repeated respiratory to provide reference basis for optimizing the clinical prescription and improving prescription the curative effect.
