中医综合疗法治疗急性膝骨关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Comprehensive Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察中医综合疗法治疗急性膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取64例急性膝骨关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组各32例,对照组采用塞来昔布胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用中医综合疗法治疗。2组均治疗2周。结果治疗后2组膝关节疼痛、僵硬、功能、肿胀评分及IL-1、TNF-α、MMP-3较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),治疗后2组TGF-β1较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率96.88%高于对照组87.50%(P<0.05)。结论中医综合疗法治疗急性膝骨关节炎能够减轻膝关节疼痛、僵硬、肿胀,改善关节功能,降低炎症因子水平,提高转化生长因子含量促进软骨修复,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on acute knee osteoarthritis.Methods 64 patients with acute knee osteoarthritis were selected and divided into two groups with random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib capsules combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules.The treatment group was treated with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Results After treatment,knee pain,stiffness,function,swelling scores,IL-1,TNF-α,and MMP-3 in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),TGF-β1 in both groups was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.88% which was higher than that of the control group(87.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute knee osteoarthritis with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce knee pain,stiffness,swelling,improve joint function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,increase the content of transforming growth factor,promote cartilage repair,and improve clinical effect.
