摘要
目的研究补阳还五汤对脑卒中患者恢复期神经功能及血清ox LDL、MDA、SOD的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2019年8月—2020年12月接受治疗的78例脑卒中患者分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例)。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予补阳还五汤治疗,2组患者均治疗2周。对比2组患者治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后的NIHSS评分、ADL评分及血清ox LDL、MDA、SOD水平。结果治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的76.92%。治疗后,观察组患者血清MDA、ox LDL水平及NIHSS评分均低于治疗前与对照组;血清SOD水平、ADL评分则升高,且观察组与对照组相比升高(均P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤可有效改善脑卒中患者的临床症状,同时降低血清ox LDL、MDA水平,升高血清SOD水平,减少氧化应激损伤,并促进神经功能的恢复。
Objective To study the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on neurological function and serum ox LDL,MDA and SOD in patients with stroke during recovery period.Methods According to the random number table method,78 cases of stroke patients treated in our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were divided into the control group(39 cases)and the observation group(39 cases).The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,ADL score and serum ox LDL,MDA,SOD levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was97.44%,which was higher than 76.92% of the control group.After treatment,the serum MDA,ox LDL levels and NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and before treatment,the serum SOD level and ADL score were increased,and those of the observation group was higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of stroke patients,reduce the levels of serum ox LDL and MDA,increase the level of serum SOD,reduce oxidative stress injury,and promote the recovery of neurological function.
