腰椎间盘突出症中医骨伤推拿手法治疗的临床疗效

Clinical effect of TCM Bone Injury Massage Technique for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症中医骨伤推拿手法治疗的临床疗效。方法:选2019年10月~2020年9月本院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症120例,依据治疗方案的不同分组。对照组给予西药治疗,研究组采用中医骨伤推拿手法治疗。对比两组临床疗效、生活质量及日常生活能力、疼痛程度及腰椎功能。结果:研究组疗效好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组QOL评分及ADL评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);经治疗研究组VAS评分比对照组低,JOA评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行中医骨伤推拿手法治疗,可提升疗效,能改善运动功能及腰椎功能,减轻疼痛,可考虑推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of TCM bone injury massage technique for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:120 cases of lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to September 2020 were selected according to different groups of treatment plans.Control group of western medicine treatment,study group of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury massage treatment.Clinical efficacy,quality of life,daily living ability,pain degree and lumbar function were compared between the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the QOL score and ADL score of the study group were higher than those of the control grou(P<0.05),VAS score and JOA score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for bone injury of patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve the curative effect,improve the motor function and lumbar function,and reduce pain,which should be considered for promotion.
