摘要
目的:探讨手功能综合评估与训练系统联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者手功能的影响。方法:选取34例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组17例和试验组17例,均进行常规康复训练,试验组在此基础上使用手功能综合评估与训练系统进行训练,治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer评定量表(Fug l-Meyer Assessment,FMA)腕和手部分对手功能进行评估,对日常生活能力采用改良Barthel指数(modified Barthel Index,MBI)进行评估。结果:两组FMA、MBI评分均比治疗前有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组间对比,试验组FMA评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组MBI评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:手功能综合评估与训练系统联合康复训练可以显著改善脑卒中偏瘫患者手功能和日常生活能力。
Objective:To explore the effects of Hand Function Comprehensive Evaluation and Training System combined with rehabilitation training on hand function and activities of daily living in stroke patients.Methods:34 patients with stroke hemiplegia were enrolled and divided into control group(n=17)and experimental group(n=17)by random grouping method.Both groups received routine rehabilitation and additional Hand Function Comprehensive Evaluation and Training System was provided to the experimental group.The Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA-wrists and hands)and modified Barthel index(MBI)were used to assess the motor function of the wrists and hands,and activities of daily living(ADL)before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA-wrists and hands)and modified Barthel index(MBI)were improved significantly(P<0.01).Comparison of two groups:after treatment,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA-wrists and hands)was different significantly(P<0.05)and modified Barthel index(MBI)was different significantly(P<0.01).Conclusions:Hand Function Comprehensive Evaluation and Training System combined with rehabilitation training can remarkably promote the recovery of the motor function of hand and the ADL of the patients suffered stroke.
