Effect of Huatan Quyu Decoction and Rehabilitation Treatment on Neurological Function of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨化痰祛瘀汤联合康复治疗对脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法:选取2018年7月~2020年7月于本院的脑梗死患者114例,随机分为对照组和研究组各57例。对照组应用康复治疗,研究组应用化痰祛瘀汤联合康复治疗。观察对比两组患者治疗后的神经功能情况、运动功能情况和生活能力情况以及治疗前、后的hs-CRP和IL-6水平。结果:研究组治疗后BI指数、NIHSS评分、FAM评分优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组hs-CRPhe IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者联合应用康复治疗和化痰祛瘀汤治疗效果理想,可以降低患者的神经功能缺损情况,减少对生活能力和运动能力的损伤,降低体内的炎性反应,提高治疗效果,值得临床中推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of Huatan Quyu Decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy on the patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 114 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation treatment,and the study group used Huatan Quyu Decoction combined with rehabilitation treatment.Observe and compare the neurological function,motor function and living ability of the two groups of patients after treatment,and the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 before and after treatment.Results:The BI index,NIHSS score and FAM score of the study group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the hs-CRPhe IL-6 level of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of rehabilitation therapy and HuatanQuyu Decoction for patients with cerebral infarction has an ideal therapeutic effect,which can reduce the patient’s neurological deficit,reduce the damage to living ability and exercise ability,reduce the inflammatory reaction in the body,and improve the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical practice Promotion and application.
