摘要
为适应新一轮科技革命和产业变革的要求,提出了从以治疗为主到兼具预防治疗、康养的生命健康全周期医学的新理念,同时开设了精准医学、转化医学、智能医学等新专业,这项医学教育改革称之为"新医科"。"新医科"为建设一流的中医学专业带来了新的挑战,为此思考当前中医学专业建设在教学理念方法、课程构架内容、整体观的运用和人文素质的培养等方面存在的问题,并制定应对措施:更新教学理念,优化教学方法;升级课程构架,完善课程设置;发挥整体性优势,提高临床能力;提升人文素养,医德医技并重。并把上述建设措施进行实践,反映出对学生的学习能力、中医思维、情感和就业规划等方面有提升作用。为构建高水平应用型人才培养体系,创新建设一流中医学专业提供有益启鉴。
In order to meet the requirements of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,a new concept of life and health full-cycle medicine from treatment-oriented to preventive treatment and health care has been put forward,and new specialties such as precision medicine,translational medicine and intelligent medicine have been set up at the same time.This medical education reform is called"Emerging medical education"."Emerging medical education"has brought new challenges to the construction of first-class TCM specialty,so the problems existing in the construction of TCM specialty,such as teaching concept&method,curriculum framework&content,application of holistic view and humane-quality cultivation were considered,and corresponding counter measures are formulated.These measures include updating teaching concept,optimizing teaching method,upgrading course structure,improving curriculum provision,exerting overall advantage,enhancing clinical competence,improving humane quality and laying equal stress on medical ethics and techniques.And put the above construction measures into practice,reflecting the improvement of students'learning ability,traditional Chinese medicine thinking,emotion and employment planning.In hope for providing useful references in establishing high-level applied talents training system and innovatively constructing first-class TCM profession in near future.
