高强度双相钢DP780细观损伤参数的确定及其温度相关规律

摘要 细观损伤模型作为研究材料断裂的重要工具,损伤参数的准确与否直接影响仿真结果的可靠性。在温热成形过程中,温度变化对材料的断裂影响很大,因此在仿真过程中,不同温度下材料的GTN损伤参数也有所不同。本文通过单轴拉伸试验与有限元仿真相结合的方法,确定不同温度下双相钢DP780的损伤参数,分析对应力-应变曲线影响较大的两个参数fN、fc。结果表明:fN随温度的上升先增大后减小,fc随温度的上升呈上升趋势。 The mesoscopic damage model is an important tool for studying the fracture of materials. The accuracy of damage parameters directly affects the reliability of simulation results. During the warm working process, the temperature change has a great impact on the fracture of the material. During the simulation, the GTN damage parameters of material at different temperatures are also different. In the present paper, determined DP780 damage parameters at various temperatures by combination of unidirectional tensile test and finite element simulation.Then Analysis of the law of damage parameters changing with temperature.
