复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌患者临床疗效及对外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Clinical efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced lung cancer and its effect on peripheral blood lymphocyte subcohorte

目的观察复方苦参注射液与化疗联合用于晚期肺癌患者临床疗效及价值。方法将我院收治的晚期肺癌患者90例随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组给予单纯化疗方案选用紫杉醇^(+)顺铂(TP)方案,观察组则给予复方苦参注射液^(+)TP方案治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群指标表达情况及两组患者不良反应、生存质量改善情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组自然杀伤细胞(NK)水平及CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应为Ⅲ-Ⅳ级患者所占百分比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组癌症生存质量核心调查问卷第3版(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用TP方案^(+)复方苦参注射液治疗晚期肺癌患者可有效减轻化疗对患者机体免疫功能产生的影响,减轻不良反应程度有助于患者生存质量更好改善。

Objective To observe the effect and value of Compound Kushen Injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with advanced lung cance were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases each.Control group was given chemotherapy alone,taxol plus cisplatin(TP) regimen,and observation group was given Compound Kushen Injection combined with TP regimen.The expression of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood adverse reaction and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of natural killer cell and CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the percentage of patients with gradeⅢ~Ⅳ adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),the scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Kushen Injection combined with TP regimen can effectively reduce the influence of chemotherapy on the immune function of patients with advanced lung cancer reduce the degree of adverse reactions,and help improve the quality of life of patients.
