从身体体验出发的“治未病”——以上海市气功研究所气功实践为例

“Zhi Wei Bing”(Preventive Healthcare)from the Perspective of Bodily Experience:Taking the Practice of Qigong in Shanghai Qigong Research Institute as an Example

以上海市气功研究所的气功实践作为研究对象,试图聚焦气功研究中常被忽略的身体感觉和体验来分析"治未病"的过程。在分析这些感觉和体验时,采用文化人类学中"具身化"的研究范式作为理论框架,对气功教员和学员以及其在教习场所的相互作用进行具体描述。在气功实践中,作为抽象概念的"气"和"治未病",在习练者对细微的身体体验的觉察中被生成、被转化为具身化的经验,成为习练者身体的一部分,且正是这些身体体验构成了"气功治未病"的基础。

This research takes the Qigong practice in Shanghai Qigong Research Institute as the subject,and attempts to analyze"Zhi Wei Bing"(preventive healthcare)by focusing on individuals’bodily feelings and experiences that are often overlooked in Qigong research.When analyzing these feelings and experiences,the research paradigm of"embodiment"in cultural anthropology is used as a theoretical framework to describe the interaction between Qigong instructors,students,and the teaching venues.This paper suggests that by practicing Qigong,abstract concept like"Qi"and"Zhi Wei Bing"can emerge,transform,and exist as embodied experiences in the body of practitioners.It is these bodily experiences that form the basis of realizing"Zhi Wei Bing"via Qigong.
