黄河中游农业农村高质量发展水平测度——来自1939户调查数据的例证

The Agricultural and Rural High-quality Development Level in the Middle Yellow River Region——Evidence From the Survey Data From 1939 Households

论文基于"黄河流域生态保护与农业农村高质量发展"课题组2020年调研数据,借助结构方程-熵权法构建了由产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕5个准则层21个指标组成的黄河中游农业农村高质量发展评价体系,并对中游5省区农业农村高质量发展水平进行测度。研究发现,无论从整体还是分准则层来看,各省均有较大差异。对此,论文提出针对性建议,以期推动黄河中游农业农村高质量发展。

Based on the investigation data of "Yellow River Basin Ecological Protection and Agricultural and Rural High-quality Development" in 2020, an evaluation system of agricultural and rural high-quality development in the middle Yellow River was established using structural equation-entropy weight method, which consists of 21 indicators in five criteria layers: prosperous industry, livable ecology, rural civilization,effective governance and affluent life. The agricultural and rural high-quality development level of 5 provinces in the middle Yellow River was measured. It is found that there are great differences in different provinces, whether from the overall or sub-standard level. Therefore, this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions in order to promote the agricultural and rural high-quality development in the middle Yellow River.
