前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗老年慢性肾衰竭的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of alprostadil combined with Shenkang injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure in the elderly

目的研究前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗老年慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法100例老年慢性肾衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者采用前列地尔治疗,观察组采用前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后肾功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、尿酸(UA)及24 h尿蛋白定量(Upro)水平均优于治疗前,且观察组患者BUN(13.31±1.23)mmol/L、Scr(200.13±25.96)μmol/L、Ccr(58.01±3.31)ml/(min·1.73m^(2))、UA(434.23±50.32)μmol/L及24 h Upro(1.04±0.33)g/24 h优于对照组的(19.44±1.68)mmol/L、(225.46±31.38)μmol/L、(55.90±3.17)ml/(min·1.73m^(2))、(468.19±51.68)μmol/L、(1.78±0.32)g/24 h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗老年慢性肾衰竭的效果显著,能显著改善肾功能,且安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with Shenkang injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure in the elderly.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 50 cases.The control group was treated with alprostadil,and the observation group was treated with alprostadil and Shenkang injection.The clinical efficacy,renal function indexes before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),creatinine clearance(Ccr),uric acid(UA)and 24-h urinary protein quantity(Upro)in both groups were better than those before treatment;BUN(13.31±1.23)mmol/L,Scr(200.13±25.96)μmol/L,Ccr(58.01±3.31)ml/(min·1.73m^(2)),UA(434.23±50.32)μmol/L and 24-h Upro(1.04±0.33)g/24 h in the observation group were better than(19.44±1.68)mmol/L,(225.46±31.38)μmol/L,(55.90±3.17)ml/(min·1.73m^(2)),(468.19±51.68)μmol/L,and(1.78±0.32)g/24 h in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of alprostadil and Shenkang injection has significant effect on elderly patients with chronic renal failure.It can significantly improve the renal function of patients,and is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
