分级检验法在肾脏生化检验中的应用价值探究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究分级检验法在肾脏生化检验中的应用价值。方法200例接受肾脏生化检验的肾脏疾病患者,按检验方法不同分为对照组和实验组,各100例。对照组给予常规检验方法,实验组给予分级检验法。对比两组肾脏生化指标[胱抑素C(CysC)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)]水平及检验阳性率。结果两组CysC水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组BUN、Scr水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组CysC检验阳性率为78.00%,与对照组的66.00%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组BUN、Scr检验阳性率分别为66.00%、61.00%,均明显高于对照组的38.00%、39.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾脏生化检验中,分级检验法的应用价值显著,有较高的相关肾脏生化检验指标阳性检出率,可为患者进一步的临床诊疗提供客观、科学的依据,因此,值得推广及使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of graded test in renal biochemical test.Methods A total of 200 patients with renal disease who underwent renal biochemical tests were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the different test methods,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional test method and the experimental group received the graded test method.The renal biochemical indicators[cystatin C(CysC),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)]levels and the positive rate of the test were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in CysC levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The BUN and Scr levels of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of CysC in the experimental group was 78.00%,which was not statistically significant compared with 66.00%in the control group(P>0.05).The positive rates of BUN and Scr in the experimental group were 66.00%and 61.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 38.00%and 39.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In renal biochemical tests,the application of the graded test is of significant value and has a high positive rate of relevant renal biochemical tests,which can provide objective and scientific basis for further clinical treatment of patients.It is worth promoting and using.
