鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎的手术治疗效果

Surgical treatment effect of nasal septum deviation with allergic rhinitis

目的观察手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法96例鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组及观察组,每组48例。对照组给予药物治疗,观察组给予手术治疗。对比两组治疗效果、症状评分及症状缓解时间。结果观察组总有效率为97.92%,高于对照组的85.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组打喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻塞评分分别为(0.20±0.02)、(0.23±0.02)、(0.22±0.03)、(0.18±0.01)分,均低于对照组的(1.60±0.15)、(1.66±0.17)、(1.54±0.17)、(1.98±0.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组打喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻塞等症状缓解时间分别为(1.61±0.29)、(2.02±0.44)、(1.52±0.31)、(1.34±0.13)d,均短于对照组的(4.18±0.75)、(5.24±0.93)、(3.57±0.63)、(4.29±0.81)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎患者治疗中,手术治疗方法对患者临床症状有明显缓解作用,且对患者症状缓解速度较快,治疗效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nasal septum deviation with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 96 cases of nasal septum deviation with allergic rhinitis were divided into control group and observation group according to random lottery method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medication,and the observation group was treated with surgery.The therapeutic effect,symptom score and symptom relief time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 85.42%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching,and nasal congestion in the observation group were(0.20±0.02),(0.23±0.02),(0.22±0.03),and(0.18±0.01)points respectively,which were lower than(1.60±0.15),(1.66±0.17),(1.54±0.17),(1.98±0.15)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching,and nasal congestion in the observation group were(1.61±0.29),(2.02±0.44),(1.52±0.31),(1.34±0.13)d,which were shorter than(4.18±0.75),(5.24±0.93),(3.57±0.63),(4.29±0.81)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment has remarkable effect on patients with nasal septum deviation and allergic rhinitis,and it can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients quickly,which is worthy of promotion.
